Rare Breed nonGM Pork
Rosewood Rare Breed Pork Boxes will contain shoulder joints, minced pork, loin chops, belly pork, leg joints & offal corresponding to the proportions on the whole animal, as with our beef and lamb. We can now also offer sausages made by our local butcher, containing a minimum pork content of 70%
