Our Kerry Hill wool is grown free from synthetic insecticides so no chemical residues are present in the finished product. The yarn is naturally coloured (white) spun in a 'Chunky' weight. Supplied in 100% pure Kerry wool 100g centre-pull balls.

Our Chunky Kerry Hill wool works well on 6 mm needles, with a tension of 14 stitches over 18 rows to produce a 10 cm square.

This yarn knits like a dream, I can't believe how it glides across my needles, it's a pleasure. I'm sure my family will appreciate the hats I'm knitting them with it for Christmas too!

Beautiful non bleached wool, the kind you just can't get at your local shop anymore. I've used it with needles right up to a size 8 mm successfully.
